Is it normal for the strobe light and the beacon light to flash at the same time?

Yes it’s perfectly normal, the time interval between the strobes and beacon depends on when you turn it on, since the 787s use the ‘NG’ (new generation beacon lights, the beacon and the strobes tend to last for a second. I hope I answered your question.
Happy flying !
@SkyRudder @LeadDeveloper Thanks for adding the beacon light in latest update for greater immersion, but would like to check if the beacon light splash on the wing is accurate? It seems currently reflected more brightly on nearly the entire wing or perhaps more to the center and extending out in both directions, while reviewing a few YouTube videos of various models of 787 it seems to be dimmer and on half or less of the wing or more on the outer (further from the cabin) wing? If so, would there be an update to revised it for even greater realism? Sorry, am not sure if I had inserted the link correctly to the videos. Correction, the last video was a MSFS video of 787 from a different developer :) but overall, would just like to clarify on the implementation of the same on Bravo airspace's 787 accurate?

Francis @LeadDeveloper2024-07-15 17:03:07.701ZI see what you mean. The lights bounces a bit more then what we have. That's no problem. We can adjust that.
Thanks Francis, just some further feedback on the light (wing light) as I happened to notice in the 1st video (real 787) in my original message, and again on the B777 from another developer PMDG and wonder if same wing light effect is feasible/ replicated in some ways in bravo airspace's 787 wing light effect? Just decided to bring this up as I truly believe aircraft lightings are an important part of night flying for an immersive night flying experience for flight sim.

Francis @LeadDeveloper2024-07-21 16:48:12.782ZBest thing to do is go based on real images and no one's work. I get images from other developers but only reality set's the tone of the final product.
Let's focus on this. Thanks again for bringing this up.

Hi, just wondering if the previously discussed was already part of latest update 1.4.5 as I saw beacon light overwing corrected mentioned as part this update? I did not see any change (e.g., the beacon light still spread out in both directions across entire wing from what I can see) made based on video/ pictures of actual b787 although I have already downloaded the latest update (1.4.5).
regards,
Real 787 beacon light overwing where a distinctive demarcation of beacon light casted on the wing can be seen clearly.

Francis @LeadDeveloper2024-08-19 01:07:48.248ZI thought that's what I did. You basically need it to spread all the way to the wing tips?
hi, I meant it shouldn't spread out in the other direction as much (e.g., toward the window) as the beam from beacon light located on the roof of the aircraft would have been partially blocked by the air frame as shown in the picture and video of the real 787?
Francis @LeadDeveloper2024-08-19 21:47:43.706ZOk. Too close to the fuselage. It needs to be moved towards the wing tips. I can fix that.
You're right, thanks for re-looking into this! Also, just my two cents worth, from the pictures it seems like the beacon lights casted on the wing is partially blocked by the fuselage thus created a clear separation where the lights only mostly shone on the "outer" wing against the "inner" wing (Closer to the windows). I hope this too can be reflected somewhat in subsequent enhancement.
Real 787 (below) beacon light overwing

Francis @LeadDeveloper2024-08-21 19:59:37.900ZThat can possibly be done as well... but give us time to send this out because we are still working on her, improving in other aspects of the aircraft.
This is for sure on the list.

I'm in the process of packing up an update which is based on liveries and easy fixes.
