I was only just a few hours into my flight with the 787-9 and I wanted to see when I had my TOD then the screens just went black and deleted my flight plan completely unfortunately I had to end the flight I was 7-8 hours in I'm on xbox

Hello I use ATG together with BATC now and I found some models to be not matched. Could this have something to do with different ICAO Codes? For example easyJet UK, easyJet Switzerland, easyJet Austria. Same for other Airlines?
