New server dead?
What happened to the new discord? Suddenly can‘t see any channels there anymore.

It’s best for BravoAirspace to not exist in the discord world.
Our forum should be the only path towards exchange of ideas and solutions.
This choice was taking by me in order to protect the brand.
I personally enjoy chatting with users but being a busy worker I am unable to supervise the channels at a discord.
I think the BA team who created the second discord should consider doing an alternative name or an unofficial server. This way I won’t interfere with it any more.
Jake Gilson @jggilsoni understand now, you do not want to have work overflow and if people decide to do the wrong thing and a discord server isnt getting supervised it doesnt look good at all, personally i think the forums are fine nothing wrong with them and respect your decision for bravo airspace to not exist on discord!

All of this is just so insanely confusing and non-transparent for customers of yours. First you axe the discord, saying firmly that it‘s better for BA to only exist in forum-form. Then you back track after several people, me included, speak up against it and suggest a discord to chat and share stuff surrounding BA liveries/planes. Then you listen to us and actually make a new discord server just to delete it again after a short time for apparently no reason. All of this is just not really transparent and leaves a slightly weird impression of your customer interaction in my opinion.
I know it‘s ultimately your decision, as you yourself have stressed many many times, but ultimately we are the people paying money for your products and I find it just weird that the opinion of having a discord server, that many other people evidently also shared - judging by the amount of people who joined the new server right away - is just kinda being ignored.

Francis simply prefers that the official side of BravoAirspace stay on the forum. He doesn't mind an unofficial server to exist on Discord. Yes, we know that not all our customers side with us, but we can't please everyone. In addition, we are not ignoring the amount of people who joined the second server yesterday, it's called patience. When I locked the server, I was not sure what the plans were, but that I would get back to the public as soon as possible with a definite answer. For your information, Francis was out of state, so it has taken a little bit longer for responses, and decisions to be made. Hence the second discord being locked for a brief period, but unknown span of time. Now that we've been given the green light to make it an unofficial BravoAirspace server, we will reopen the server to the public.
