I saw your post on the Discord server earlier. It looks like you're using an Xbox controller when trying to click on the button on the EFB. I will discuss this with Francis and get back to you on this. In the mean time, if you have a wireless mouse, then that will work for the time being. If you don't have one, no worries! I will check with him and see what can either be done, or where to go from here.Thank you,

@AV8OR there's a pop-up keyboard in the EFB. The user should be able to insert their simbrienf-ID.
SkySIA @SkyRudder2025-01-19 12:54:52.019ZIt may be that the user entered their SimBrief alias as they mentioned username instead of the user ID, possibly without realizing the distinction.

This is also an issue for me since the last update to the 788. The download from Simbrief button in the EFB is not clickable. I am logged into simbrief with my ID
Francis @LeadDeveloper2025-01-29 20:28:57.492ZI just tested it's working. Are you on console?
No I am on PC. This is the first time trying it after the latest update
Francis @LeadDeveloper2025-01-29 22:19:44.749ZCan you send us a video clip? support@bravoairspace.net or link it here if you can.

Hey I would just like to add I was having the same issue with clicking on the download button wasn't downloading my simbrief OFP. I check my account login on the EFB did have my ID but it still didn't work oh and this is with the 787-8 on 2024 it works fine on 2020, anyways I was able to fix this by simply reentering my simbrief pilot ID into the EFB and the download button works.
Max @TechnicalAssistantHi there,
Happy New Year.
This is normal. This happens unexpectedly. It's basically the communication with Simbrief and the user. Thank you for solving it solo.

Im having a similar issue with the 787-8 on msfs 2024. I entered my Simbrief ID in the EFB as well as linked my navigraph account. I was able to download the data from simbrief on the EFB however, when I click request route in the FMC it says "No Simbrief Login Detected"
Francis @LeadDeveloper2026-01-06 21:32:33.124ZHi this is because you must log in on each device individually. ^_^
