External view screen going black
Hello I’ve noticed when I’m loaded into the 787’s when I look around externally my screen goes black. I was wondering if there was a fix for this?

It’s my whole monitor screen just turns black. Is there another way I can link a video as it’s not letting me link it on here. I’m on Xbox X and I have videos of both -8 and -9

Yes I can hear all the audio still but the screen just goes black or this light blue colour

Hi,
I would say, straight forward, this is not our aircraft who can do this. It appears to be a video card issue of some sorts.

It only seems to happen when I fly this aircraft. I’ll chase it up with Microsoft flight simulator team.
