abnormal takeoff

At takeoff, the plane accelerates too much and the trim seems to be out of adjustment because the plane climbs uncontrollably despite the complete adjustment of the FMS and LNAV and VNAV ON. What can i do to adjust this situation, other aircraft do not have this problem. The joystick commands are unique and equal to all other aircraft.
