A320neo v2 hangars & general questions
Hi, I'm writing because I'm a bit disappointed to see the latest livery pack for the A320neo, "geo a320neos."
Or rather, to see it on the marketplace as payware.
I own all the liveries included in that pack on MSFS2020 (actually, I own every a20N hangar except one pack). Since we were promised that the liveries would be imported at no additional cost, I kindly ask for an explanation.
I paid for them on MSFS2020, and now I have to pay again???
Furthermore, the other two packs on the MSFS2024 marketplace have fewer liveries than those on MSFS2020, so "Hangar 6 Europe" and "Hangar 7 Europe" have fewer liveries than the MSFS2020 pack. I expect another hangar containing the missing liveries from the two packs (obviously free, since they should be included).
I'm not criticizing your work, on the contrary. I'm one of your biggest fans, but this is a blow to customer trust. I find it a bit unfair not to keep promises.
Furthermore, I'd like to add that in some liveries cockpit reg. of aircraft don't match the external ones.
Please let me know, because I already have those liveries on msfs2020, and I don't want to have to pay for them again. (Oh, the only one I might not have is Tigerair.)
Oh, and.. do they have the custom cabin? if they have, you should write it in the product description.

We understand your frustration. This was expected before releasing this package. However, this decision was difficult because, when we chose to update for free, we didn't verify whether the transition was as straightforward as Microsoft claimed. And so we just wanted to let you guys know that by trusting Microsoft's words that we were not going to charge.
It turned out that its an entirely new model. Just the tail and maybe wings are the same from the previous model.
And so, repainting this package took time and effort.Keep in mind that Hangar 5 release is still free for previous buyers.
GEO hangar won't replace your previous purchase. We can still release the package that you bought under the same name.
We will place the missing liveries in those other hangars you mentioned. We just wanted to expedite the job. Because on top of everything else, we chose to paint these planes in the highest detail possible. No other marketplace livery artist is using our technique at the moment.
Please provide a list of incorrect registrations in the cockpit.
Only the planes with a custom cabin include what you will see.
Please remember that we are here to listen to you and we will correct our wrongs.

If I may, I would like to ask a couple of questions πΊ-
Once you've finished completing the a20N livery packs, will there be a complete bundle with all the packs? (like the one on msfs2020)

I have two ATR livery packs. Can I expect to see them again? For free? Will you do the interiors on those liveries too? I'm just curious!

I really like your 787, but I'm afraid to buy it, because it's on Xbox Series S, I don't want to risk poor performance.. Do you recommend it? Does it perform well on Series S? Especially the 787-9.

Your comments sound reasonable. No problems there.
We are here to serve you all.1- 100% Yes. Our goal is to do the biggest bundle packs we can and then (a month later, because of Microsoft marketplace policy) put/them on sale for $1.99.
2-All ATR packages will (with no change in mind because it wasn't extra labor) have a free upgrade. Keep in mind, you can use the 2020 version in 2024. It's using both versions.
3-The 787 is 100% amazing in 2020. It used to be the other way around. It was better in 2024. We only use the XBOX S, and if you visit our TWITCH channel, you can see our XBOX S recent flights. SU16 is amazing. But we haven't tried the 787-9 just yet. Perhaps we can showcase them on Twitch. The plane is getting optimized version worked on right now and the 2024 native version needs to be released.
4-Hangar five will be free for 2024 users. No worries here. GEO was the one planned to be resold separately. We do have about three other hangars that need to be transferred to 2024, but one of the artists I worked with has gone MIA. So maybe another of the old v2 hangars will be a free upgrade. (North America ficitonals)
5-The following aircraft is small. And light. But the airliner afterwards is extremely complex. Will not be released on XBOX first. PC first.
And both planes will be in 2024 only. Unless, of course, we find the time to jump into 2020. But working in two formats just creates more chaos with the workflow, just like it's happening with the 787s at the moment.We prefer to get questions. I don't really speak too much about the work that's been done but In the future when we begin to release stand-alone aircraft (not-mods) you will hear my voice on youtube.

Hangar 5 is going to be wrapped up in about 5-7 days. It needs 4 plane fixes.
