game freezes while playing

    I tried flying several times, and all of them froze while playing. I waited an hour and nothing changed. Sometimes it was during approach, sometimes it was during cruise. 787-8.

        Hi Habib,
        Has this happened before? Are you on console and which one? And when it freezes, has this happened before with another plane?

            Before the update, this plane had no problems. And I use Steam and PC. I use other planes normally.

                I think you accidentally perhaps pressed the ToD Pause? On the EFB?

                    no, it completely freezes, even exiting the game requires using "end task". main menu doesn't work.

                        Okay. Something is conflicting it. Do you have anything else 787 related in your Community folder?
                        Our aircraft is straightforward, there is no additional software running.

                        Because sounds like something is forcing the game to hang and is conflicting with the BA787. Can you provide more details?

                              Hi @enigma121

                              Can you please test this plane without anything in your Community folder? This is not normal behavior from our planes.
                              Can you please do that and get back to us.
