787-9 black screens and buttons not working

hi i have the bravo 787 -9 and i cant click on some buttons and all my screens are not working all screens are black and the battery button and some other buttons is not working even on legacy mode in fs 2020 if anyone can help me please let me know as soon as anyone can thanks from csimms
