No it hasn't. Qantas 787-9 is still listed under Rolls Royce, and when spawned in, it spawns with Rolls Royce Engines. Please let me know how to fix!

Not this month.
As Francis mentioned, the updates will be coming out monthly until we reach update-5. There's an update for this January. The exact date is unknown, but he will be rolling out all available liveries and some body dynamics.
