How to turn off pax chatter please :)

We are going to lower it and have less people speaking. But won't be turned off.

Yeah at the moment its like being on a flight with zoo animals it would drive me crazy, and 90% of a flight no one is chatting and just watching tv or something so a toggle would be appropriate
