Inop weight, inop stored charts.

787-9, Xbox player, hi all, I’m having a problem with the EFB as it won’t let me access the weights tab. The tab says ‘Inop weight’ and doesn’t click. I took to Google and Chat Gpt to try and resolve. Everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. Any suggestions? Thanks

The weight tap is INOP. This EFB was an external tablet which later On was added to the EFB to view charts and get basic ground services.
What would you like to do with the weight and balance?
