Ingame efb FL error. Can not set higher then 43ft
I think I have a problem. Here on this page you see the max altitude is set at 43ft.
When I enter my flightplan , I can’t set my cruiselevel to FL410 , the efb doesn’t except anything higher then 43 feet
Can this be changed ?

This is showing like this because the plane is not FS24 native just yet.
It shouldn't prevent you from flying.
I'm thinking of doing an emergency integration before the new EFB.Have you tried using https://planner.flightsimulator.com/
And have you considered using the free simbrief and plasting your flight in the https://planner.flightsimulator.com/ ?On the FS Planner you can set manual flight altitude.
@HoLeeKaoI did all , I always plan on simbrief first. Then I save that one and open it on the webplanner from ms , then save that one also but opening the ingame efb and load the plan from web it never takes over the FL. I always have to put it manual. And with the -9 it’s no problem because the aircraft has a realistic max altitude but the -8 doesn’t. The game has the wrong max altitude there. I’ll show two photos to compare.
Edit : it doesn’t appear with the -9 and that’s not native also yet( and there I can set the FL 410 for example with no problems) . I think it’s because MS has set the wrong maximum altitude in the plane statistics as you can see on the photo. I think they have to change it.

I'm also experiencing the same problem.
When I'm using IFR, ATC instructs me to go to altitude 0.
I hope it gets fixed soon.

This information that you are seeing is just for the user to see. It doesn't corporate with the ATC.
The ATC doesn't use this information. Unfortunately at the moment the air traffic control isn't fully ready for complex operations.
But this information you're seeing will be fixed soon because the 787 family will have a soft FS24 integration.- @HoLeeKao

I understand your point but because of this , you can not make an IFR plan with FL400 for example and send that to ATC. ATC uses the ingame EFB information sent by the user but because the ingame EFB doesn’t accept a flightlevel anything higher then 43 feet , we can’t give ATC a correct plan that it can use for its instructions regarding altitudes. Yes , we can fly the plane but not with correct working ATC instructions
But we’ll patiently wait your soft fix and hopefully soon I can take the 787-8 in the air again 😁😁🙏🏻BTW , your new ATG looks promising , will take a closer look soon, great work !

Yes, I hope you enjoy ATG. And it's best in ULTRA mode. I'm hoping ULTRA settings for traffic is considered in the future for console.

Sorry , maybe I didn’t type the right words , I meant I just saw today on the website the new ATG and I had one hour free time before work so I checked it out on the ingame marketplace to see there. I’m sorry I can’t make you happy that I purchased it , I was short in time but wanted to see what it was about . Isnt there a YouTube clip or video about it that you made as teaser ? It does look great btw and yes , it is a real pitty that medium is the highest setting we can set in our graphics section 😓
I guess medium is the highest performance we can get before Xbox starts to get troubles.About the max alt , I think it’s something you can fix , there must be something in your programming codes that has these wrong numbers ( 43 instead of 43000) ? But sorry if I make it sound like its easy , I don’t have the gift of putting ones and zeros in that order that makes computer do certain things 😓 , I can only load and discharge containers from sea vessels so my expertise is limited 🤣😉😉
