Recomended sensivity for joystick?

Hi Xavi,
I am not on joystick but Turtlebeach velocity one Yoke and quadrant but I would start for pitch nose and ailerons around -25 with a small dead zone of 0,01 and the rudder I have set at -55 because the pedals are quite sensitive, also a small dead zone of 0,01, just to make sure accidental touch doesn’t throw your plane around.
It’s a bit of try out and find what suits you best.
