787-9 screens just turn off

    I was only just a few hours into my flight with the 787-9 and I wanted to see when I had my TOD then the screens just went black and deleted my flight plan completely unfortunately I had to end the flight I was 7-8 hours in I'm on xbox

            I was just going through the fmc so I can double check my inputs for my descent and approach and then the screens just switched off and all my flight plan data got deleted and I couldn't even control the plane
