Hello,
We are sorry for the delays. But I assure you that even though it's taking a long time, it's not on purpose. We've worked with multiple workers to give these planes a great finish.
We normally deliver what we say, but this time around it has been tricky due to a long list of things that happen in our lives.

it’s time to be honest with your customers.
We purchased your B787 based on your promises regarding future updates. It has now been almost a year, and we are still waiting for a meaningful update.
Nearly a year without any real progress, clear communication, or visibility regarding the future of the product is giving customers the strong impression that the project has been abandoned.
When you sell a product with promises of continued development and updates, the least you can do is respect your customers and communicate clearly about the state of the project.
We are not asking for more promises. We are asking for a clear answer:
Is the B787 still actively being developed, or has the project been abandoned?
Customers who paid for this product deserve a clear answer — and more importantly, they deserve action, not silence.

I completely agree.
At this point, we’re talking about roughly six months of almost complete silence. No meaningful updates, no clear roadmap, no proper communication with paying customers — just promises that never seem to turn into anything concrete.
Frankly, the way paying customers have been treated is embarrassing.
Many of us purchased the B787 specifically because we were told that the product would continue to be developed and improved. Months later, we have very little to show for those promises and virtually no transparency about what is actually happening.
At this stage, it is becoming increasingly difficult not to feel like we’ve been scammed.
If the project is still alive, then show us: communicate, publish a realistic roadmap and deliver an actual update. If it isn’t, then be honest about it.
@HoLeeKaoTo be honest , I don’t think but know the project has not been abandoned.
This team just hasn’t got the number of employees same like PMDG , inibuilds etc so it is quite understandable that progress is more slow right ? I am sure they are working on improvements , like the latest update for the -9 but I think you are more expecting to the update 5 right ?
Just 2 small questions ? Did you not pay less then 25 dollar for a plane that has way more to offer then that developer that was recently kicked out the marketplace ? And second , is your plane unflyable? I mean do you have so many bugs and glitches that you can’t even take off ?
Me personally , I had great flights with the Dreamliners with so very nice liveries and if there was a problem , most of the time it was the sim that caused it instead of the plane itself.I’m just saying , I don’t think the developers are stalling time to annoy us or run away with our money but it’s pure a matter of the amount of work that can be done with the available manpower.
We all like new updates that improve the immersion and functionality and personally I think they will come , just not as fast as the other million dollar companies.
Try to be patient buddy , good things will come to those who wait 😉Keep the nose up and have fun flying 👍🏻

My patience has run off for this project. Vector 787 seems to be much promising than this
