        Hi ,

Did you check in your library if it is streamed ( or installed ) and not disabled ?
I think the most easy to check it is in your settings , first set traffic to ( quantity ) lowest ( try the off-option also, it “ resets” the ATG’ visuals) and spawn in a busy big airport. And check what planes you see and how many “ basic “ msfs liveries. Then set the traffic to it highest level ( for console it’s medium and check same airport again.
I’m not sure what the quality option does in the settings but you could change that also and see if it brings you different things.
Just make sure that you have AI and live traffic on to ensure you get to see the most planes.
Can you maybe post a screenshot of what you see?
