787-9 Rolls Royce variant thrust lever issue

Hey, I just got the 787-8 and the 787-9 on the Xbox and their great but I’m having an issue with just the 787-9 rolls Royce variant where when I load in the thrust lever won’t move wether it’s with my mouse Xbox controller, nothing, can’t get it to move it’s just broken, and yes my binds are set correctly I double checked nothing will get them to move, and also at the same time I noticed on the mode control panel the a/thr set speed is blacked out, everything else was working well I could release the parking brake and roll everything was working but the thrust levers, I have quit the application many times to see if it was just a one off but it wasn’t, I would really appreciate help for this please
